These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arta Vitality website located at artasotomotiv.com (the “Site”), our wellness coaching programs, digital content, and product shop (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Arta Vitality (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase Services or products through the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
Arta Vitality provides health and wellness education, coaching, and lifestyle support. Our coaches are not acting as your physician unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. Information on the Site and in sessions is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition, medication, or mental health crisis. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of content you read on the Site or heard in a coaching session.
When you submit forms on the Site—including contact requests, appointment bookings, newsletter subscriptions, shop checkouts, or unsubscribe requests—you agree that we may use the contact details you provide to respond, schedule sessions, process orders, or manage your email preferences as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials we issue for client portals or course access. Notify us promptly at hello@artasotomotiv.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Site includes a client-side shopping cart that stores items in your browser. When you submit a checkout form, you are requesting an order—not completing payment on the Site. A representative will contact you by email to confirm product availability, shipping details, taxes, and payment method.
Product descriptions, images, and prices may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free. Natural wellness products may vary slightly in appearance. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS FROM WELLNESS PROGRAMS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTA VITALITY AND ITS OFFICERS, COACHES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arta Vitality from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws that grant you non-waivable rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when revisions are posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated by email where appropriate.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order-specific agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site and Services.
